Content Assistance to people
In compliance with Regulation (EU) No. 1177/2010 of the 24th November 2010, Porto di Livorno 2000 provides accessibility and assistance to disabled and reduced mobility passengers.
Provided services::
- Reserved parking spaces;
- Special toilets within the Cruise Terminal, the Alto Fondale Cruise Terminal and the Maritime Station;
- Access ramps to the several facilities;
- Reserved seats in the several waiting rooms.
Dedicated staff is available to join passengers while embarking/disembarking.

How to request assistance
Pursuant to European Regulation 1177/2010, those wishing to receive assistance are requested to inform the Terminal at least 48 hours before the arrival / departure of the ship by e-mail to the following email address: assistenza.pmr@portolivorno2000.it
